Our Community

Our children’s families are an integral part of our preschool community. Their parents and grandparents are involved with our Management Committee, Social and Fundraising committee, Working Bees and also volunteering their time to run our Preschool Library.

We also welcome parents into our classrooms to share cultural celebrations, along with their special skills or talents with their child’s class.

Community Outreach

Our Social & Fundraising Committee dedicate themselves to not only supporting the preschool, but also creating opportunities for families and the children to support others who may be experiencing difficulties and require a little more support.

We are proud to have contributed in previous years to:

  • St Peter’s Anglican Church in donating to Toys ‘n’ Tucker, and also contributing to their donation drives for Refugees
  • Participating in Crazy Hair and Socks day for Cystic Fibrosis
  • Bear Cottage Superhero Week for Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation
  • Donating pyjamas to Mummies Paying it Forward.
  • Supporting local families facing challenges
